Track Lifting and Lining Operation Process

The YQBJ-300 hydraulic track lifting and lining machine is designed for multi-machine group operation. It is a dedicated lifting device for the relocation and laying of integral track. To adjust gaps between the 2 rails, the distance between the two support feet must be adjusted：

• First loosen the hex socket screw at the bottom of the lifting cylinder, allowing the lifting cylinder to move along the slide rail.
• After positioning the support feet, tighten the screw. The assembled track can be lifted slowly by arranging several such machines.
• With auxiliary equipment, moved integrally to the predetermined laying position, and finally adjusted to complete the track installation.
• The lifting and lining machine can also be used singly for single-rail or dual-rail lifting on plain tracks, facilitating track or ballast bed maintenance.

Structure of YQBJ Track Lifting and Lining Machine

The hydraulic track lifing and lining machine consists of a combustion engine, internal gear pump, multi-way directional valve, manual double-plunger pump, oil tank, overflow valve, lifting lever, base plate, hydraulic cylinders (including those for lifting and lining), as well as mechanisms for lifting, rail hooking, traveling, off-track operation, and a manual oil pump, among other main structural components.

• Gasoline engine: The internal combustion engine drives the gear pump to generate hydraulic energy, delivering hydraulic oil that is distributed by the multi-way directional valve to various actuating cylinders. The gasoline engine shall not be started to avoid measurement errors during measurement.
• Overflow valve: An overflow valve is installed inside the oil tank. The system operating pressure is set to 72 MPa to achieve a smaller cylinder diameter, meeting the requirements of compact size and light weight. When the oil pressure exceeds 72 MPa, the overflow valve automatically unloads, providing overload protection and effectively reducing unwanted lifting.
• Unloading valve: The hydraulic lifting and lining machine has a rational structure. Each of the two lifting cylinders is equipped with an independent unloading valve. In case of hydraulic system failure, unloading can be performed at any time to ensure safe operation of the machine.
• Lifting and linkage control: The opening/closing of the rail hooks and the lifting of the frame are interlocked and move simultaneously; there is no risk of lifting the frame when the rail hooks have not yet opened.
• Heavy-weight rail hook: The rail hook can automatically grasp the rail by gravity, making the operation more efficient. The hook grips the rail using a clamp-shaped structure to prevent slippage during lifting and lining.
