1. DGM Series:
AGICO supplies 2 DGM Models of rail grinder for turnout: DGM-2.2I（2-stroke gasoline engine） and DGM-2.2II （Lithium Battery）.

• DGM-2.2I Multifunctional Turnout Rail Grinding Machine This model is suitable for grinding the point rail. It is a small mobile point rail grinding machine, featured with small size and lightweight, easy operation, high grinding efficiency, and can ensure the quality requirements of point rail grinding.
• DGM-2.2II Multifunctional Turnout Rail Grinding Machine (Lithium Battery) It can timely eliminate or repair the damage to the rails in the weak parts of the turnout. • NGM-4.8 rail profile grinding machine is a special equipment designed for 43kg/m-75kg/m rails. It is suitable for grinding rail defects such as aluminum hot seamless welding, reinforcement welding, rail surface welding repair, uneven joints, rail side fat edges and wear burrs. This machine adopts high-quality carbon structural steel plate welded machine body. It is equipped with a biased anti-skid guide wheel system, which can accurately complete the profile grinding operation on both sides and the top of the rail head. It has the characteristics of high operating efficiency, excellent grinding quality, and convenient human-machine interaction. It is specially equipped with a fast on and off track device to improve maneuverability. It is an ideal tool for railway engineering departments to carry out rail overhaul, daily maintenance, emergency repairs and fine grinding of rail heads, which can improve the line's smoothness and driving safety.
• The NGM-4.8 rail grinder utilizes a gasoline engine for power, driving a synchronous pulley through a centrifugal clutch. It transmits power to the main shaft via a synchronous belt, which rotates the grinding wheel. The feed amount of the grinding wheel can be adjusted using a feed hand wheel. If grinding the rail side and arc is necessary, the rail can be ground by rotating the contour hand wheel.

DM Serie Rail grinder for Cross Section

DM-1.1 and NDM-1.4 Rail Grinder

Rail grinder for cross section is used to grind the rail track end, AGICO supplies the DM-1.1 electric rail end grinder and the NDM-1.4 internal combustion rail end grinder, both are high-efficiency rail end processing equipment specially developed for mobile gas pressure welding. The 2 types of rail grinder adopt modular design, integrated with quick clamping mechanism and axial positioning system, which can realize the rapid fixation and benchmark calibration of various types of rails of 75kg/m and below.
The DM-1.1 is equipped with a high-torque permanent magnet motor drive system, with an output power of 2.2kW and a grinding line speed of 25m/s, which is suitable for stations and maintenance bases with stable power supply; the NDM-1.4 is equipped with a low-emission internal combustion drive system with a continuous output power of 3.5kW, which meets the needs of field construction without external power supply.

NXG-4 

The NXG-4 rail grinder for derusting is equipped with a GXV160 high-performance gasoline engine and adopts direct drive power output technology, which effectively reduces energy loss and significantly improves operating efficiency. The powerful engine can drive the wire brush to rotate at a high speed of 3,600 revolutions per minute, quickly stripping the rust layer on the surface of the rail, and the single operation efficiency is more than 30% higher than that of traditional equipment. The standard high-carbon steel wire brush disc is suitable for rust removal of various types of rails, and can be quickly switched to a diamond grinding wheel module to achieve the rail top profile repair function.

Portable Rail Grinder

SNGM-180 portable rail grinder is designed for all-round rails grinding, it is suitable for all types of rails and is portable and efficient.
