1. NLB-300 Impact Wrench
Specially designed for railway sleeper bolts, it is equipped with a 4-wheel running device and can switch freely between land and rail operations. It has strong impact force and maximum loosening torque ≥300N·m. It is suitable for bolt tightening and loosening maintenance of high-speed railways and ordinary railways. It is easy to operate and has an efficiency of 10 bolts/minute. The machine body is light (68kg) and can adapt to various working environments.

Scope of application: Loosening and tightening of sleeper bolts and nuts on railway lines. It has a large impact force and is equipped with a 4-wheel running device. It can be used on land or on rails.

2. NLB-500 Portable Impact Wrench
Lightweight design (only 20kg), built-in two-stroke gasoline engine, no external power supply required, torque up to 1250N·m. Suitable for narrow areas such as turnouts, bridges and culverts, and remote areas without electricity. It is highly portable and can be carried by one person to complex terrains such as rainforests and deserts, and can efficiently handle the tightening and loosening of M32 bolts.

Scope of application: narrow areas such as turnouts, bridges and culverts. It is equipped with a 2-stroke gasoline engine and is suitable for remote areas without electricity.

3. NLB-600 Internal Combustion Impact Wrench
The double sleeves work synchronously, with a maximum loosening torque of over 600N·m, which can easily deal with rusted bolts. Equipped with a 4kW high-power gasoline engine, the sleeve spacing is precise (214±0.5mm), suitable for high-intensity railway maintenance, efficiency ≥10 pieces/minute, strong durability, and can meet the needs of complex working conditions.

Scope of application: Double sleeve design, reverse torque over 600 N·m, suitable for rusted bolt operations.

4. NLB-1900 Portable Impact Wrench
Ultra-light (18kg), with a torque of up to 1900N·m, a two-stroke gasoline engine providing 3.6kW power, and a spindle speed of 1130r/min. Designed for extreme environments such as tunnels and mountainous areas, it has good balance, can be operated in a vertical position, and is compatible with M32 bolts. It is the preferred tool for operations in areas without electricity.

Scope of application: tunnels, bridges and other complex environments, lightweight design (only 20kg), torque up to 1900 N·m.

YLB-700 Hydraulic Bolt Wrench
Hydraulically driven double sleeve design, loosening torque 700N·m, adjustable torque range 80-350N·m, efficiency <4 seconds/piece. Suitable for blockade construction, precise adaptation to existing track fasteners, compact body (90kg), stable operation, meeting the needs of large-scale sleeper bolt maintenance.

Scope of application: Existing rail lines, suitable for blockade construction, double sleeve efficient operation.

LB-300 Electric Bolt Wrench
Electric drive, spindle speed 560r/min, maximum torque 300N·m, equipped with four-wheel travel device, flexible switch between rail and land. Designed specifically for M24 nuts, efficiency 10/minute, centralized operation, 72kg lightweight body, suitable for daily fast maintenance of sleeper bolts.

Scope of application: sleeper bolt tightening and loosening operations, equipped with a four-wheel travel device, easy to operate.

JGB-Ⅲ Elastic Clip Wrench
Double head design, 20KN thrust, 4 seconds/piece efficient spring clip disassembly and assembly capability. Suitable for railway line spring clip fasteners, 4.8kW gasoline engine with strong power, dedicated for track replacement and overhaul, centralized control, precise operation, stable body (145kg), ensuring construction safety.
