And transmit the forces to the sleepers, track beds and roadbeds. Provides the least resistant surface for the rolling of the wheel.

Rail Type and Selection

The type of joint can be divided into suspension type and bearing type according to the position of the sleeper.

With this connection method, the joint sleeper spacing can be reduced to enhance the joint's anti-buckling ability. The advantage of this connection is that the elasticity is better. -
Single-bearing pad type
When using a single bearing pad, the sleeper loses stability due to the unevenness of the sleeper. -
Double-bearing pad type
When using the double-bearing pad, the bearing joint of the fishplate is lightly stressed. As the sleeper supports the rail head, the winding at the joint is small.
Docking and misconnection

The advantages of misconnection:
1. The impact force is dispersed, and the track bed maintenance work is less.
2. The two rails are interrupted in different places, and it is easy to keep the curve straight. -
Advantages of docking:
1. When the train passes the nose, the impact of the two rails occurs at the same time, so the number of impacts is less than half of the misconnection.
2. In the case of docking, the impact effect is balanced and easy to maintain the level, and in the case of misconnection, the impact is left-right, unbalanced, and difficult to maintain.
